Princess Carsen

While she's not busy being a princess, she spends her free time playing with babies.

You may remember a video of Rosalyn telling us that she "ate the whole cow" when we ate at Farm Burger several years ago.
Tonight, Carsen followed in her footsteps.

Helpers

These girls love to help. Sometimes their help can make things more difficult, but I love their desire. Carsen wanted to vacuum tonight, then Rosi patiently read a story to her sisters.
They last photo is an example of little notes that Rosi has left around the house this week. In her Sunday school class this Sunday, they talked about serving and helping even when they didn't get recognized for it, and she came home with the suggestion of finding ways to help out and leaving these notes.

Rosi wants to be a plant scientist when she grows up, and she's enjoyed playing with her DNA model recently. She even wrote that she wants to learn "more about DNA" in 1st grade.

Teagan loves to smile and babble, especially in the morning.

We found out that an F18 was taking off from our small nearby airport on Sunday afternoon, and the girls enjoyed going over to watch with some friends.
It took off, made a loop, then another loop where it briefly touched down and took right back off, then did some tricks in the sky as it finally headed off.

1st grade
