Walking... Kind of

Corey and Teagan have been working on walking. Just like Rosi and Carsen, this little cutie loves special attention from Daddy!

Katrice took the girls to a play gym on Friday to celebrate Carsen's birthday, and I got to meet them there after work.

Last Wednesday, we had an early birthday celebration at the park with some of Carsen's friends from her old daycare and family friends.

This was a Girl Scout troop leader meeting that the older two wanted to attend with me.

Last week, I thought the girls might enjoy zucchini more if they got to help me make "noodles" out of it with a spiral slicer. They didn't like the zucchini any more than they usually do, but we had a lot of fun making the noodles. These "elephant trunks" are what was left over of the zucchini after the noodles were made.

At the end of our hay ride, we ended up right back at the animals we had spent the morning with. When we arrived, the very pregnant pig had already birthed 3 piglets, and we got to watch the last 4 being born. They were adorable, and we watched them climb over each other to begin nursing.

Later, the mama pig was walking around to find something for herself to eat while some of the little ones trailed after her trying to nurse.

We had lots of time to explore and hang around at Serenbe. We climbed some trees, played in a treehouse, enjoyed dancing and snuggling around a bonfire, hiking, etc.

We took a hayride and fed the horses some treats on Saturday afternoon at Serenbe.
